This is from an article about Pot Paternalism. But what I find fascinating is that what you are watching is the death of one generation and the maturation into old age of another. The earliest baby boomers would be about 20 in 1969 - and 60 by 2009. What the baby boomers did then is take their teen and twenties with them into old age. While the generation that made pot illegal simply died out.
